Jeff Kramer did an exceptional job both times I worked with him. He helped with the purchase of my home in Verona in Dec 2021 and the sale of it in Dec 2022. Both times everything was very hands off for me. He handled everything, the only work I had to do on my end was the lender paperwork. His online listing was amazing, using a professional photographer helped get hundreds of views. He scheduled open houses as frequently as the weather allowed. Overall a great experience, I would definitely work with him if I need to buy or sell a home in that area again.
